This is so different from the other drawing you shared! I think it looks good. Tips-wise what I'd suggest you is next time, try imagining your character in a specific atmosphere, even if you don't draw a background.

This means that you'll have to think about the specific lighting in that atmosphere. This is useful because pure colors like the ones you used here don't really exist as such, light bounces off everything, and a blue color with a blue shadow next to such a bright red looks off. If for example you had added an orangey tone to the whole drawing, like an orange reflection on both the face and hair, this would improve the drawing loads, making it much more balanced because that way both red and blue would have something in common (the orangey tone), resolving the clash of colors!
